Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

Notice Period

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, fail to attend, or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than [15 minutes]* late, we may be unable to carry out your full service.

In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited and a new booking (with deposit) will be required.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
