Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

 

  1. Notice Period

     

    • All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  2. Deposits

     

    • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

    • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, fail to attend, or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  3. Late Arrivals

     

    • If you arrive more than [15 minutes]* late, we may be unable to carry out your full service.

    • In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited and a new booking (with deposit) will be required.

  4. No-Shows

     

    • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

 

We appreciate your cooperation. This policy is in place to protect the time of our barbers and ensure fairness to all clients.
